All items purchased from can be returned/exchanged within 15 days of purchase. for a full refund items need to be returned Unopened, in the original packaging and in original condition. If product is opened and the integrity of the box/contents are damaged then it can be returned within 30 days for an exchange ONLY.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
If purchased on our website:
1. Login to our online return portal using your email address and order ID.
2. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
3. Mail the product back to us using the return label we will provide you. Customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
4. It may take up to 15 days for you to receive your refund, replacement product, or store credit. Please read below for more information about this.

If purchased through a third party or store
6. If you purchased our product from a third party we still want you to be happy but please FIRST follow their return policy. If not completely satisfied, send us an email info@Pipiwipe.com and we will do our best to help.
You may be allowed to purchase products directly from our site. Returns refunds and exchanges will only be issued for products purchased directly through an e- commerce site. We reserve the right to deny a return, exchange, refund or credit for any reason including but not limited to abusing our policy or if we determine that you are not entitled to the refund exchange or return.
We reserve the right to cancel terminate modify or not process orders where the price of all the information on the e-commerce site is inaccurate or for any other reason in our sole discretion or if we have insufficient quantities to fulfill the order. If your order is not filled for any of this residence, we will not charge you also apply credit to the payment type used for the order.
Sales tax will be automatically added to your purchase price if we are legally required to collect taxes.
A third-party payment processor may be used to process your payment including your payment card data. Hence, Please be aware you may be subject to the third-party processors’ terms and your information may also be subject to their privacy practices.
If you purchase a product through an e-commerce site and you are not satisfied with the product you may return it or exchange it but it will be subject to the following conditions:
To request a return or exchange you must contact our customer service department or by following the Instructions on the e-commerce site. Some sites may let you request an exchange or return through your account with them or some other method. When requesting an exchange or return, please include the order number, your name and contact information and also the reason for your return or exchange. Also indicate if you want a refund or exchange. If your return or exchange request is accepted, you must initiate the return within (15 days for refund) and (30 days for exchange) of original shipment. No return will be accepted after 30 days. If you have an account with us we can give you a shopping credit to be used at another time for the equivalent amount originally paid if you chose.
To initiate a return of a product you need to print a return label that we will provide for you. Print your label on our website or the e-commerce website where you purchased the product. When your product is packaged affixed the return label to your package and drop it off at your local post office. Your return or exchange will be processed as soon as we confirm receipt of your return. we may not reimburse you for any shipping and handling fees that you may incurred in returning the product. (SEE Returns above) We will promptly credit you back to the original method of payment once your return product is received or a new product shipped to you if you requested an exchange.
If we do not have a replacement product available at the time you requested an exchange, we will give you a shopping credit for use when the product is back in stock.
If for any reason we cannot exchange your product we will process it as a return and credit your account as long as you are within the time periods outlined above.
Return items must be in their original package without being opened or used due to the delicate nature of storing our product.

We use Amazon FBA for order fulfillment. Orders placed on our site are immediately sent to Amazon for processing. Please refer to Amazon’s policies on shipments. Our fulfillment center will process orders daily. Most orders are shipped the next business day and, in some cases, the same business day. Delivery should be expected within 2 to 10 business days of your order shipping out. If you are an Amazon prime member then Prime shipping terms may apply. If you selected expedited shipping you should expect your order to arrive in two business days from the date of shipment. Please allow 1 business day for processing of orders. International orders may take 2 to 3 weeks or longer for delivery and also not all sites may allow international orders. Shipping rates will be calculated upon check out and may vary by destination.
Each order can only be shipped to one shipping address. If you would like to ship to more than one address please place separate orders for each address. Most products will be able to ship to PO boxes and military addresses but some restrictions may apply. make sure your address is correct because once in transit we cannot redirect your product to a different address. If your product is returned for wrong address, we will refund you minus any shipping charges incurred.
USPS Global Mail will be used for all international orders. Any additional shipping cost that will be in cured for international orders will be passed on to the customer. Also be aware of any custom charges or import tariffs based on the destination country. Free shipping is not applicable outside the United States. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding shipping.
We do offer auto-shipping and subscriptions; This service can ONLY be initiated on our website after full registration. A discount will automatically be applied to each order as our gratitude for your loyalty and support. If you sign up for any of these options, we will send you an email reminder 6 to 10 days before your order ships and your credit card on file will be charged for the shipment. Amazon FBA will also fulfill these orders. You have the option at any time to change your delivery or cancel your subscription. If you elect for auto-shipping and subscription you may be eligible for certain discounts. Any discounts or promo codes must be applied at the time of checkout and cannot be applied to a previous order.
Unauthorized Commercial sale/ resale of our product is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Sale of our products in stores is restricted to ONLY states specifically approved by our company in writing. Please be advised that certain states may have laws regarding sales of this class of products in stores.
